• Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in the stores shown. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. You are responsible for the use and safety of your Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees. Each Gift Vouchers has it’s own terms and conditions and you should refer to the companies own websites. Gift Vouchers for recommending professionals will be given to the 1st customer who recommends that company only, the company must become a member and purchase a minimum of £25 of leads from Quotatis. Any subsequent recommendations of the same company by any other party will not receive a Gift Voucher. Quotatis does not store copies of Voucher codes and will not be able to provide them on request, you are responsible for the use and safety of your Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher. Vouchers are delivered via email, if your email address is incorrect of fails then you will not receive the voucher. Quotatis reserves the right to halt this program at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on this website.

Conditions of use

In engaging the services of a contractor introduced to you by Quotatis UK it must be clearly understood by you that Quotatis UK is not acting as your agent and accepts no responsibility for any matters appertaining to such engagement, the price negotiated by you with the contractor or the works to be carried out or the goods or services to be supplied by the contractor.

Although the Quotatis UK database has been compiled in good faith, all data appearing thereon has been provided by third parties and the contractor

Contractors themselves and Quotatis UK can accept no liability for the inaccuracy of any such data nor for any such data which, although accurate at the time of entry on the database, may have subsequently become inaccurate due to any supervening event or occurrence.

We would strongly recommend that before you engage the services of a contractor, you obtain confirmation of their details from them, including qualifications, trade association affiliations, insurance cover and guarantees offered.
